I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the care that I have received from you all today. Despite not calling until lunchtime, you kindly arranged for Dr Hudson to call me back and I was seen later in the day by Dr Clifton who was fantastic. I think people are quick to criticise the NHS but I wanted to say how much my family and I appreciate what you do. It may be hard to get an appointment sometimes, but whenever me or my husband or children have needed to see someone quickly you have always made sure that we were seen.

I will not go into detail here, however I had cause to make a formal complaint about the care provided by the practice around 12 months ago. The point I would make is that they completely fail to follow their own complaints procedure, the timescales taken to deal with any queries are outrageous and twelve months on I still have no real resolution to my case.

Waited a while to get through on the phone but then couldn't get an appointment as they had gone. Got a phone call back 10 mins later offering me an appointment which was puzzling as there were no appointments. Waited less than a minute once there. Saw Dr Hudson who was great as always.
